    The location is fantastic, just a short walk to Central Park and great dining options nearby.

    I was disheartened by my experience at the hotel. The lack of basic amenities like soap and a clean bathroom made me question the hotel's standards. On top of that, the walls barely muffled the noise from the street, leading to a very disruptive night.

    The staff were exceptionally friendly, always ready to assist with a smile. The bed in my Queen room with two queen beds was very comfortable, providing a restful night's sleep. I particularly enjoyed the city view from my room, which added a lovely touch to my stay.

    The cleanliness could be better. I noticed some unpleasant odors on the floors.
